Magnolia pasta


Thin slice salmon
pepper
shitake mushroom
sundried tomato
onion
garlic
olive
wine
italian seasoning
salt
olive oil

Thin slice salmon, fried first until almost cook -> take out -> fried onion until fragrant, add other ingredient. At the end add some seasoning.

3.5 oz salted cabbage (XueCai)
1 1/2 chicken breast (thin slice, marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch)
1 spring onion

stir fried spring onion and XueCai, then add in chicken

Stir fried Long Lettuce with Vege Ham

2 century egg
1 package of Tofu
3 spring onion
A little fish sauce
a little soy sauce
a little sesame oil

vegetarian medley


2 cups sweet pea
6 special fried tofu (with mu er inside)
1/2 mu er (wood ear black fungus)
1 bunch green bean noodle pre-soak
3 black mushroom soak chopped thick pieces
2Tbs oil

1. 2Tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar
dash of ground pepper

2. 2 cups vegetarian broth
1Tbsp cornstarch mix 3Tbsp water

Heat 2 Tbsp oil, fry black mushroom & mu er, then add rest of ingredient. Slowly add vegetarian broth. Bring to a boil then add seasoning (1).
Before taking out of work add cornstarch mixture

Fish Fillet with Tomato Sauce


200g salmon
1/4 onion cut small cubed
1/4 green pepper cut small cubed
1 green onion cut 1 inch
2 slice ginger minced

Marinate:
a)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp wine
1/2 eggwhite

b)
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp broth
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp wine
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Fish fillet mixed with (a) seasoning
Dip with cornstarch. Fried with medium heat. & Drain.
Oil on work, stir fried green onion, ginger, onion until frangrant, then add (b) boil.
Then, add fish & green pepper until cooked. Then add sesame oil.
